Registrant agrees to pay the Total Amount Due in accordance with the schedule set forth below. All payments must be denominated in United States dollars and made by the payment method agreed by the parties.

If payment is not received by the Balance Due Date, the Organizer may assess the specified Late Fee and may withhold services or revoke registration until all amounts are paid in full. Registrant is responsible for any collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees.

Term and Termination

This registration and any related services commence on Start Date: and terminate on End Date: , unless earlier terminated in accordance with this section.

Either party may terminate this registration for material breach by the other party if the breaching party fails to cure such breach within Notice Period (days): days after receipt of written notice. Organizer may terminate immediately for safety or regulatory reasons.

Confidentiality

Each party shall maintain in confidence Confidential Information disclosed by the other party and shall not disclose such information to third parties except to its employees, agents, or contractors who have a need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations no less restrictive than those set forth herein. "Confidential Information" excludes information that is publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law, provided that the disclosing party gives prompt notice where legally permissible.

Registrant acknowledges that certain commercial terms, pricing, attendee lists, or Sponsor benefits may be treated as Confidential Information by the Organizer and agrees to protect such information accordingly.

Liability, Insurance and Release

Registrant acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with attendance and agrees that Organizer shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except to the extent caused by Organizer's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Exhibitors and sponsors must maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Organizer and provide certificates of insurance upon request.

Registrant releases Organizer, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims arising out of Registrant's participation except as limited above.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State selected by the Organizer at the time of registration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved by the parties shall be submitted to the competent courts of the chosen jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

This document, together with any attachments, scope descriptions, purchase orders, or confirmed invoices signed or issued by the Organizer and referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior proposals, negotiations, and representations, whether written or oral. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

Acknowledgements

Registrant has read, understands, and agrees to the terms, conditions, payment obligations, and policies set forth in this registration form and any attachments.

Registrant consents to Organizer's use of photographs and video recordings taken at the Event for promotional purposes unless Registrant provides written notice to the Organizer prior to the Event.

Notices

All notices required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered to the contact information set forth in this form or as otherwise provided in writing by the parties. Notice is effective upon receipt.
