It clarifies ticket types, inventory allocation, fee and refund rules, delivery and scanning procedures, and responsibilities for chargebacks or fraud. The addendum is used to align contractual obligations with the Etix platform workflow, payment processing, and customer-service timelines so both parties understand who controls pricing, ticket transfers, accounting, and post-event reconciliation.
