Late Payment, Default & Remedies

Unpaid amounts overdue beyond the Due Date shall accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, calculated daily. A one-time late fee of $25.00 may be applied for invoices more than 15 days past due. Continued non-payment constitutes a material breach of the underlying agreement and may result in suspension or termination of services, collection proceedings, and recovery of reasonable collection costs, including attorneys' fees.

Refunds, Adjustments & Disputes

All renewal charges are invoiced in accordance with the renewal provisions of the underlying agreement dated on the Original Agreement Date provided above. What a Finance Renewal Invoice Is and When It Applies

A Finance Renewal Invoice is a billing document issued to request payment for continued financial services, subscription-based financing, or the renewal of a credit or loan arrangement. It summarizes the renewal period, charges, any changes to rates or fees, and payment instructions so both parties have a clear record of the renewed terms and amounts due.
