Any discretionary fee waiver is at the Firm's sole discretion and must be documented in writing.

The Firm may amend the fees and terms set forth in this disclosure upon providing written notice to the Client at least days prior to the effective date of the change. Changes that materially increase fees will be subject to the notice and consent provisions of the Client Agreement where applicable.
