What the Financial Shake and Tile Agreement Is

The Financial Shake and Tile Agreement is a written contract that documents payment terms, deliverables, risk allocation, and responsibilities between parties involved in work or supply relating to shake and tile materials or services. It combines financial terms—pricing, payment schedule, retainage, and remedies—with technical or delivery provisions so that expectations and obligations are clear, enforceable, and auditable. Properly drafted, the agreement supports later enforcement, tax reporting, and recordkeeping and can be executed electronically under U.S. e-signature law when parties meet consent and attribution requirements.

Why a Clear Financial Shake and Tile Agreement Matters

A concise agreement reduces disputes by documenting payment milestones, acceptance criteria, and remedies. It creates paper and electronic evidence of obligations and helps protect parties during performance or audit.

Why a Clear Financial Shake and Tile Agreement Matters

Who Typically Uses This Agreement

The Financial Shake and Tile Agreement is used by parties who need clear financial terms tied to material supply or installation work.

  • Suppliers and distributors setting credit terms, delivery schedules, and remedies for nonpayment or defective materials.

Use this agreement when you need enforceable payment schedules, retainage rules, or documented acceptance criteria between commercial parties.
