Default, Remedies & Liens

If Client fails to pay amounts due in accordance with the Payment Terms, Service Provider may suspend work, pursue collection, and record and enforce any lien or security interest available under applicable law. The Client will be responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs.
