What Financial Wealth Securemail Is and why it exists

Financial Wealth Securemail is a structured, encrypted message and attachment workflow designed to transmit sensitive financial documents and instructions securely between advisors, custodians, and clients. It typically combines strong transport and at-rest encryption, signer authentication, an audit trail, and optional eSignature requests so recipients can review, sign, and return fiduciary paperwork online. The workflow is intended to reduce paper handling, lower mail-related risk, and provide reproducible records that support regulatory compliance with ESIGN and state electronic transaction laws while preserving evidence of intent and consent.

Purpose and primary advantages of using Securemail

Securemail centralizes secure delivery, authenticated signatures, and retention of financial records so firms can document client consent, limit data exposure, and speed administrative processing while meeting electronic signature laws such as ESIGN and UETA.
