What the Flooring Maintenance Strip & Wax document is

The Flooring Maintenance Strip & Wax is a service record and work-order document that specifies scope, surface preparation, products, labor, schedule, acceptance criteria, and pricing for a strip-and-wax floor maintenance job. It documents before/after conditions, materials and lot numbers, safety precautions, warranty terms, and sign-offs from the customer and technician. The form creates a reproducible record for billing, compliance, warranty claims, and site audits while clarifying responsibilities and completion criteria for both parties.

Why this document matters for facility upkeep and liability

A clear Strip & Wax record protects warranties, reduces disputes, and documents safety controls and material specifications. It provides a single point of truth for invoicing, insurance, and maintenance scheduling while supporting quality control and compliance with vendor or property requirements.
