The attached will is a legal will duly executed from, by and to the decedent named therein, executed by an executor of the deceased for all the estate. 6. The attached deed is a formal conveyance and instrument of conveyance in a legal document, duly executed by an executor of the deceased pursuant to the provisions of 2:1713; subsection 2:1714 of the Louisiana revised statutes for the execution of a legal will, properly signed and witnessed by the executor of the deceased, and duly witnessed, sworn, under the penalties of perjury. 7. The attached mortgage note, together with the attached mortgage note and other deeds thereto in the same name as and containing the same information and documents as are set forth in the attached document and signed under the penalties of perjury. 8.
