What the Fund Management Action Fund Crime document is

The Fund Management Action Fund Crime is an administrative and legal form used to document the establishment, oversight, and authorized disbursement of funds related to criminal matters — for example, victim restitution, seized asset management, or crime‑victim assistance allocations. It records parties, funding sources, authorized signatories, disbursement schedules, and legal authority for use. Agencies, courts, non‑profits, and financial custodians use the document to create an auditable record that defines who may access funds, under what conditions, and how transactions will be tracked and reported for compliance and accountability.
