(a) Affiant is authorized to produce and swear to the accuracy of the Tracker Data and Attachments; and

(b) The Logs provided are true copies of the records kept in the ordinary course of operation, and materially relevant modifications, if any, are disclosed in writing in the Attachments; and

(c) Affiant will preserve the original or forensically reliable copy of the Logs for a period of not less than the longer of any applicable retention requirement or ninety (90) days from the date of this Affidavit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. NOTICES

8. AMENDMENTS, WAIVER, COUNTERPARTS
