Recitals

WHEREAS Facility operates healthcare services that require the supply of medical gases, and WHEREAS Supplier is engaged in supplying medical gases and related services and has represented that it is qualified to supply such gases in compliance with applicable healthcare standards and laws; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows.

Quality, Testing and Compliance

Supplier shall maintain certificates of analysis and shall make them available to Facility upon request.

Insurance and Indemnification
