Coach will treat Client's personal and pet health information as confidential. Coach may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect health and safety. Records created by Coach remain the property of Coach unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client authorizes disclosure to the pet's primary veterinarian when necessary for coordinated care as indicated above.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice. Upon termination, Client shall pay fees for services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Coach reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for nonpayment, abusive behavior, or other material breach.
