What the High-rise Property Overview Form Is

The High-rise Property Overview Form is a standardized document used to summarize a multi-unit vertical property's key attributes, condition, systems, and compliance items for stakeholders. It compiles building identification details, unit counts, common-area features, mechanical and life-safety systems, recent capital improvements, known hazards, and rental or vacancy metrics. Owners, property managers, lenders, insurers, and prospective buyers use the form to assess operational status and risk. The document supports due diligence, underwriting, maintenance planning, and regulatory reporting where required.

Why this Form Matters for High-rise Asset Management

A concise overview centralizes building facts, shortens review time, and reduces follow-up requests by consolidating data for underwriting, leasing, and capital-planning decisions.
