HOTEL BOOKING AGREEMENT AND RESERVATION FORM

Parties and Identification

Recitals (Whereas)

WHEREAS, Guest desires to reserve accommodations and ancillary services at the Hotel for the period specified in this Agreement, and the Guest has represented certain requirements and occupancy needs to the Hotel; and

WHEREAS, Hotel is a licensed operator of lodging and related services and agrees to provide accommodations, services and amenities in accordance with the terms set forth below; and

WHEREAS, the parties desire to record their agreement for reservation, payment and other obligations in writing.

Scope of Services

Hotel shall provide to Guest the reserved guestroom(s), housekeeping, standard in‑room amenities and access to hotel facilities (as available) for the dates set forth in this Agreement. Additional services such as catering, conferencing, transportation and special event arrangements, if requested, will be provided subject to separate written confirmation and charges.

Payment Terms

Total Amount Due:

Late Payment: Unpaid amounts shall accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Additionally, the Hotel may charge a late payment administrative fee of on overdue balances.

Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by Guest: If Guest cancels the reservation less than days before the scheduled arrival date, Guest shall be liable for a cancellation fee equal to of the Total Amount Due, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately for material breach by the other party if such breach is not cured within seven (7) days after written notice. Termination does not relieve Guest of any payment obligations accrued prior to termination.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree that any non‑public business or personal information disclosed in connection with this reservation shall be maintained confidentially and not disclosed to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services contemplated by this Agreement. This obligation survives termination of the Agreement for a period of two (2) years.

Liability and Guest Obligations

Guest is responsible for all charges incurred by Guest and guests on Guest's behalf, for any damage caused to Hotel property by Guest or Guest's invitees, and for compliance with hotel rules regarding conduct and safety. Hotel's liability for loss or damage to Guest property is limited to applicable statutes and the Hotel's published policy, and in no event shall Hotel be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Governing Law / Entire Agreement

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified below. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement: This document, together with any written confirmations signed by authorized representatives of the parties, constitutes the entire agreement between Guest and Hotel concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral or written representations and agreements.

Acknowledgments

By signing below, Guest acknowledges and agrees that the reservation is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and in any hotel policies provided to Guest. Guest represents that the information provided in this form is true and that Guest is authorized to enter into this Agreement.

Additional Notices

Special Services and third‑party vendor arrangements may be subject to additional terms. Any amendment to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Guest should review the hotel's property rules and local regulations regarding health, safety and occupancy.
