GRANT OF EASEMENT. The Utility Easement and right-of-way granted herein shall forever be an affirmative easement appurtenant to the Grantees' Property and any part thereof. BINDING EFFECT . All rights and nbligaticns provided for herein shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs, successors, grantees, and assigns of the Grantors and Grantees and all rights, covenants, and obligations shall be construed as covenants running with the Land.
