INDEPENDENT WELDER SERVICES CONTRACT This agreement is entered into by and between , (hereafter "Employer") and , (hereafter "Welder"). NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, Employer hires Welder, and Welder agrees to work for Employer under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the parties: 1. Scope of Services. Employer agrees to hire Welder to perform the following service: 2. Term of Employment. In the event that it becomes necessary to enforce any of the terms of this Agreeme nt the defaulting party agrees to pay all reasonable attorneys fees incurred therein. 10. Welder assumes responsibility for any liability which may arise out of ordinary negligence or otherwise as occurring in or around circumstances with regards to Welder’s performance and duty, and waives all claims for damages, injuries, and death sustained as a result of performing the aforementioned welding duties.
