What the Irrigation Services Addon Is and when it’s used

The Irrigation Services Addon is a written addendum to a primary services, landscaping, or construction agreement that isolates irrigation-specific obligations and technical details. It records the scope of work (installation, repair, seasonal maintenance), materials and equipment specifications, site drawings, permit responsibilities, project schedule, acceptance criteria, warranty terms, and payment milestones. The addon clarifies responsibilities for water use, access, and long‑term service levels and is commonly attached to master service agreements or construction contracts; it may be signed electronically provided parties meet ESIGN and applicable state electronic signature requirements.

Why using a focused irrigation addendum matters

A dedicated addon reduces ambiguity about scope, scheduling, and warranty coverage so disputes are easier to resolve. It establishes clear payment triggers and permit obligations, supports compliance where water restrictions apply, and creates a discrete record that can be executed electronically under ESIGN and state electronic signature rules.

Why using a focused irrigation addendum matters

  • Commercial property owners and developers tracking permit compliance, warranties, and acceptance testing.
