CAUSE NO. 7418_-963 DEFENDANT ABC Company COMPLAINT COMES NOW John Doe, Plaintiff in the above-styled and numbered cause, by and through his attorneys, and files this his Complaint against Defendant, ABC Company, and in support thereof would show unto the Court the following matters and facts: 1. Plaintiff is an adult resident citizen of Big City, Little County, New Texas. 2. ABC Company is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of New Texas, with its principal office located at 123 Main Street, Little City, Big County, New Texas 12345, and may be served with process and other writs of this Court at 456 Mockingbird Lane, Big City, Little County, New Texas 98765. 3. Plaintiff owns in fee simple and possesses that real property (hereafter called Property) situated in the County of Little, State of New Texas, and described as follows: See Attached Exhibit A. 4. Plaintiff and Plaintiff's predecessors in interest have had exclusive, complete, actual, open, notorious, hostile and continuous undisputed possession of the Property adverse to Defendant for more than ten years. 5. Defendant claims an estate or interest in the Property adverse to Plaintiff. Defendant's claim is without any right, and Defendant has no estate, right, title, lien or interest in or to the Property, or any part of the Property. 6. 7. Defendant, ABC company and any of them has not complied with all applicable laws. 8. For the above reasons, defendant's demand in the civil court of little county, new Texas is legally and legally sufficient to compel the submission of the matter of claim by defendant to the civil court of little county, new Texas. 9.
