All children of the marriage are over the age of eighteen (18) and emancipated. 5. That there has been a breakdown in the marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed, and there remains no likelihood that the parties' marriage can be preserved. 6. That the parties own and possess, jointly and individually, miscellaneous household effects, household goods, furniture, fixtures, motor vehicles, real and personal property. The parties have executed a Property Settlement Agreement resolving all property and debt issues of the Parties, a true and correct copy of which is attached to this complaint as Exhibit “A”. FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, (a) That the Plaintiff and Defendant are hereby divorced; (b) That all interests of the parties in the property of the other, now owned or hereafter acquired, under MCL 700.281 – 700.292, are extinguished, including any dower rights.
