JUDGMENT FOR DIVORCE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the Complaint for Divorce filed herein by Plaintiff,
and the Court finding that the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter and finding
that both parties consent to the divorce and have executed a property settlement agreement, finds,
orders as follows:

4. There are no minor children of said marriage, and the wife is not now pregnant.
All children of the marriage are over the age of eighteen (18) and emancipated.
5. That there has been a breakdown in the marriage relationship to the extent that the
objects of matrimony have been destroyed, and there remains no likelihood that the parties'
marriage can be preserved.
6. That the parties own and possess, jointly and individually, miscellaneous
household effects, household goods, furniture, fixtures, motor vehicles, real and personal
property. The parties have executed a Property Settlement Agreement resolving all property and
debt issues of the Parties, a true and correct copy of which is attached to this complaint as Exhibit
“A”.
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED,
(a) That the Plaintiff and Defendant are hereby divorced;
(b) That all interests of the parties in the property of the other, now owned or
hereafter acquired, under MCL 700.281 – 700.292, are extinguished, including any dower rights.
(c) That the Property Settlement agreement of the parties, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, is hereby approved and ratified and incorporated into this
Judgment by reference and the parties are ordered to abide by it.
