What the Landscaping Backyard Enhancements document covers

The Landscaping Backyard Enhancements document is a project agreement and scope-of-work template used to define tasks, materials, schedule, costs, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria for backyard landscaping projects. It typically includes a site description, detailed work items (hardscaping, planting, irrigation, lighting), material specifications, payment schedule, change-order process, and warranty terms. The form clarifies who performs permits or inspections and records homeowner approvals, reducing ambiguity during installation, warranty, and final inspection phases.
