Tenant must abide by terms of the lease and its conditions as agreed. Personal Driveway Usage Agreement – This form gives one party the right to go onto another party's property. It gives one party the right to use the other party's driveway as a means of access to and from the party's residence property and access to the public roadway for as long as the parties own their current residence property. Agreement and Conveyance of Easement Appurtenant - This form is an agreement to convey the use or benefit of a tract of land to another party for a specific limited purpose without giving the party the right to possess, take from, improve or sell the tract of land. Mobile Home Park Lease Agreement - This form is an agreement for the lease of a mobile home park. It grants the possession and use of land to another in return for rent.
