IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF NO. JUDGMENT ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE IN COMMON FORM AND GRANTING LETTER TESTAMENTARY THIS DAY THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Complaint of , requesting that a certain instrument of writing be admitted to Probate in Common Form as the Last Will and Testament of , deceased, and for Letters Testamentary and the Court, after having fully read and considered the same on Affidavit of Subscribing Witness, and documentary evidence and other evidence and being fully advised in the premises, finds as fact the following:1.The Decedent, , departed this life of the day of , and at such time maintained a fixed residence in County, Mississippi.2.
