Nonetheless, vendor hereby warrants that he has not received, and has no reasonable basis to expect notice from any environmental or regulatory agency that his is, or may be, subject to any notice or violation, penalty, assessment, administrative or judicial enforcement process directed towards remediation of environmental violations, contaminations, pollution or hazards as to the subject property.
