What the Marketing Campaign Multiple Loyalties document is

The Marketing Campaign Multiple Loyalties is a written agreement and operational checklist used when coordinating a single promotional campaign across two or more loyalty or rewards programs. It documents roles, eligible audiences, messaging controls, benefit mechanics, data-sharing permissions, and reporting obligations so partners align on campaign goals and regulatory constraints. The document typically includes scope, timelines, customer eligibility, redemption mechanics, financial reconciliation method, privacy and data use terms, and signatures from authorized representatives. It is used to reduce disputes, ensure compliant data handling, and record how loyalty credits or points are issued and reconciled between programs.

Why a clear Multiple Loyalties campaign agreement matters

A formal campaign agreement reduces ambiguity between partners, protects consumer data, clarifies financial reconciliation, and documents consent for sharing loyalty balances or personal data under ESIGN and applicable privacy laws.
