What a Marketing Campaign Tour Agreement Is

A Marketing Campaign Tour Agreement is a written contract that sets the terms for a multi-location promotional tour, event series, or roadshow organized by a brand, promoter, or agency. It typically covers scope of services, schedule and locations, responsibilities of each party, payment and expense allocation, intellectual property and promotional rights, participant releases, insurance and indemnity, and termination mechanics. The agreement streamlines coordination across venues, vendors, and talent, reduces ambiguity about deliverables, and creates a single reference for dispute resolution and recordkeeping throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Why this Agreement Matters for Campaigns

A clear, signed Marketing Campaign Tour Agreement reduces operational risk, clarifies financial terms, and documents marketing and IP permissions. It creates enforceable obligations and simplifies logistics between brand, promoter, venues, and vendors.
