What the Marketing ClickDimensions Assistance document is

The Marketing ClickDimensions Assistance is a standardized request and authorization document used to ask an agency, vendor, or internal team to access, review, and support ClickDimensions marketing components in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. It frames the scope of work, required access levels, data-sharing preferences, and deliverables so both the requester and the executor have a clear, auditable record. The form also records approvals, timing expectations, and any sensitive data handling requirements that must align with applicable law or organizational policy.

Why this document matters for marketing operations

A clear Assistance document reduces ambiguity about permissions, scope, and deliverables, improves handoffs between marketing and IT, and creates an auditable record for compliance and troubleshooting.

Why this document matters for marketing operations

Who typically completes or signs this request

Teams and roles that file a Marketing ClickDimensions Assistance request are usually those responsible for campaign execution and CRM configuration.

  • Marketing managers and campaign owners who define goals, assets, and timing for ClickDimensions work.
  • CRM administrators or Dynamics 365 system owners who grant API or user-level access to ClickDimensions components.
  • External consultants or agencies retained to implement campaigns, integrations, or advanced reporting in ClickDimensions.

Collecting an accurate signatory and technical contact up front minimizes delays and rework during implementation.
