What the Marketing Health Supplement Template Is

The Marketing Health Supplement Template is a standardized document designed to organize and record marketing claims, product specifications, ingredient lists, usage instructions, and required legal disclosures for dietary supplements sold or promoted in the United States. It helps marketing, regulatory, and legal teams document substantiation, safety statements, and required consumer disclosures in one place. The template includes fields for product identity, active ingredients and amounts, suggested use, cautionary language, contact information, supporting studies, and claim substantiation references. When completed accurately, it supports internal review and eases regulatory review and recordkeeping.

Why a Centralized Template Matters for Compliance

Use the Marketing Health Supplement Template to centralize claims evidence, ensure consistent consumer disclosures, and reduce legal and compliance risk. The structured format accelerates internal review cycles, documents substantiation for regulators, and creates a clear audit trail for marketing decisions and approvals.
