What the MCAN Commitment Agreement Is

The MCAN Commitment Agreement is a written contract used to record a party's binding promise to perform defined obligations, deliverables, or financial commitments under a commercial arrangement. It identifies the committing party, beneficiary, effective dates, scope, performance milestones, contingencies, remedies, and signature blocks. Many organizations combine this agreement with electronic signing and an audit trail to simplify execution and preserve an evidentiary record.
