Lessor and Lessee desire to extend the primary te rm of the Lease insofar as the Lease pertains to a portion of the Lands. For adequate consideration, Lessor and Lessee stipulate, acknowledge, and agree as follows: 1. The primary term of the Lease is extended for an additional (State Time Period) so that the primary term of the Lease will terminate, in the absence of drilling or production, as provided for in the Lease, on (Date of the Termination of the Primary Term of the Lease as Extended). 2.
