What the Miscellaneous SF33 Form Is and when it’s used

The Miscellaneous SF33 Form is a variant of the federal Standard Form 33 used in procurement to record contract offers, awards, and administrative actions. Agencies use SF33 to document solicitation results, contract execution details, and limited amendments when a separate SF30 is not required. For contractors it records key contract identifiers, pricing or line items, and signatures that establish the parties and effective dates. This guide explains common fields, required supporting items, e-submission options, and recordkeeping expectations for U.S. federal procurement contexts.

Why the Miscellaneous SF33 Form matters for procurement clarity

A correctly completed Miscellaneous SF33 Form creates a concise administrative record that ties solicitation terms, contractor identifiers, and signatures into a single page used for award and contract administration across federal agencies.

Why the Miscellaneous SF33 Form matters for procurement clarity

Who typically completes or reviews this form

The Miscellaneous SF33 Form is most often completed by procurement staff on behalf of a federal contracting activity or by authorized contractor representatives responding to an award notice.

  • Contracting officers and specialists responsible for award documentation and administrative recordkeeping, ensuring conformity with procurement regulations.
  • Authorized contractor signatories and contract administrators who provide company identifiers, pricing, and signature authority for contract acceptance.
  • Program or project managers who confirm scope, funding, and attachments before contract execution or administrative recording.

Reviewers include contract specialists, program managers, and compliance officers who verify identifiers, dates, and authority before final acceptance and filing.
