That the Petitioner       is the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Executor(trix) of the Estate of       , Deceased, who died testate having a fixed place of residence in       County, Mississippi, on             ,       , and whose last will and testament was duly admitted to probate, in solemn form, in this cause on             ,       . 2. That notice to creditors has been published according to law, proof of such publication being now on file herein, and that no claims of creditors have been filed and that the time for filing claims has expired.
