What the Mobility Services Document Covers

A Mobility Services Document is a written agreement that defines the delivery, scope, and terms for transportation- or mobility-related services between a provider and a customer. It typically covers parties' identities, service description, performance standards, pricing and invoicing, insurance and liability allocation, data handling requirements, and termination conditions. The document can be used for recurring service relationships, on-demand engagements, or one-off projects and often accompanies operational exhibits such as service level matrices, vehicle lists, routes, or fare schedules.

Why a Clear Mobility Services Document Matters

A precise Mobility Services Document reduces operational ambiguity, limits disputes, and clarifies billing and liability across parties. It creates an auditable record of responsibilities and timelines that supports compliance with industry rules and helps manage risk through clear insurance and indemnity clauses.
