What the MobilityWorks Service Agreement Covers

The MobilityWorks Service Agreement is a contractual document that defines the scope, responsibilities, pricing, timelines, and legal terms for mobility-related services such as vehicle modifications, maintenance, and adaptive equipment installation. It sets expectations between the service provider and the customer, records payment and warranty terms, and identifies key deliverables, insurance and indemnity obligations, and termination conditions. Properly executed, it becomes an enforceable agreement that governs performance and remedies for breach under state contract law and applicable federal rules.

Why a Clear Service Agreement Matters

A well-drafted MobilityWorks Service Agreement reduces disputes by documenting scope, fees, warranties, and timelines; it clarifies who bears risk and how claims are resolved. Precise terms streamline operations and support regulatory compliance where healthcare, accessibility, or financing rules apply.

Why a Clear Service Agreement Matters

Who Typically Completes the Agreement

The MobilityWorks Service Agreement is completed by parties directly responsible for the service engagement and contract oversight.

  • Service Provider staff such as contracts managers, project leads, or shop supervisors responsible for scope and delivery.
  • Customers or authorized representatives who request modifications, approve estimates, and agree to payment and warranty terms.
  • Third parties including insurers, vehicle finance companies, or mobility equipment vendors that require contractual attachment or acknowledgment.

Ensure the person who signs has authority to bind their organization and that contact details and payment instructions are accurate.

Core Elements to Include in the Agreement

A professional MobilityWorks Service Agreement groups operational, financial, and legal terms so both parties understand obligations from start to finish.
