- 1 – Copyright 2004 USLegalforms.com PERMISSION TO PARK I, (hereafter referred to as “LICENSOR”) hereby grant (hereafter referred to as “LICENSEE”) permission to park on the following property in the state of subject to the conditions as stated herein. LICENSOR grants to the LICENSEE license and privilege to park no more than vehicles at any one time at the aforementioned address. The area in which LICENSEE is to park is designated below. The license shall be for a period of weeks months years. LICENSEE shall pay the LICENSOR a fee of $ per week month year. LICENSEE shall not clean, grease, oil, repair or wash any motor vehicle in the designated parking area or on any part thereof and shall not commit any waste or nuisance thereon. LICENSEE acquires no right or privilege in the parking space except the right to use t he space as defined herein. LICENSEE shall at all times comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws as they pertain to use of the aforementioned space. No vehicle shall be driven in the parking area in excess of mph. LICENSEE shall voluntarily submit the year, make, model, and license plate number of all vehicles that will be parked on the aforementioned property. LICENSOR shall under no circumstances be responsible for any damage to any motor vehicle or personal property of any kind. LICENSOR shall under no circumstances be responsible for theft of a vehicle or personal property. LICENSOR shall under no circumstances be responsible for the actions of any other individuals on the property whether trespassers, guests, or invitees. LICENSEE releases LICENSOR from any and all liability whatsoever and agrees to indemnify LICENSOR and hold harmless, its employees at all times against all ac tions, proceedings, costs, claims, expenses, demands, liabilities, losses and damages whatsoever including without limitation, death, bodily injury, property damage or pecuniary losses howsoever arising by LICENSEE or any act or omission of the therefore. - 2 – Copyright 2004 USLegalforms.com LICENSEE shall not assign, transfer or sublease any parking space or rights and privileges without express written permission from LICENSOR. In the event LICENSEE shall violate any conditions or tenets of this Agreement, or be in any manner in default under this Agreement, LICENSOR shall have the right to declare this Agreement cancelled or terminated and shall have the further right, without re course to any legal proceeding, to enter the parking space and repossess the space.
