PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT AND AGREEMENT(Pipeline Easement) STATE: COUNTY: _____, with offices at _____ (the “Grantor”), for valuable consideration received to its fullest satisfaction from _____, whose mailing address is _____ (the “Grantee”), quitclaims, releases and surrenders to Grantee, its successors and assigns, all of Grantor’s easement rights, title, and interest in and to the following described parcels of property in _____ County, _____, described as: (Description of Land) It is the intent and purpose of this instrument to quitclaim, release, and surrender the described premises from the lien and operation of the pipeline easement and right-of-wa y, dated and recorded in the office of the Recorder of _____ County, _____, as follows: Original Grantee Date Recording Reference Without, however, affecting in any manner the lien and operation of the easement and right-of-way on the remainder of the premises, if any, as to which easement and right-of-way shall remain in full force and effect.
