pokercontract.comPercentage Exchange Agreement The undersigned players hereby enter into this agreement as follows: The players agree that if either or both of said players should finish in a money paying position in Event Number ______, with a tournament buy in of $__________, said tournament to be held on the _____ day of ______, 20__, then the player or players finishing in a position which returns a payout, shall pay to the other player ______% of the tournament payout in cash, at the time said pla yer receives his tournament payout from the casino cage. Each player affirms they have not given a percentage of their winnings to any other player for this event unless acknowledged herein or attached hereto in writing, and signed by both players. Each player affirms this agreement shall have precedent over any other agreement whether oral or in writing. Any player who fails to honor this agreement shall pay interest on such proceeds at a rate of 18% per annum from date of payout, attorney fees, and costs associated with non-compliance and required enforcement of t his agreement. The jurisdiction for any lawsuit to settle any dispute shall be the count y of the event unless the players are from differing states then in the federal court for the district where the event is held. This document contains the entire agreement of the parties.
