Copyright 2004 USLegalforms.com PARENTAL PERMISSION FOR CHILD TO USE INTERNET AT SCHOOL I, , hereby grant permission for my child, to use the Internet at school as part of the academic curriculum at and I understand that such use will be carefully monitored by the teachers, aids, and staff of said school. I further understand that as part of my granting permission for such use that the aforementioned school has instituted an Internet block on any pornography or other sites in general that are deemed inappropriate for children of my child’s age. I agree that said school may rely on this consent for as long as the aforementioned child is a student within said school or until I revoke this assumption and consent in an express written instrument delivered to the principal’s office of the school that my child is attending. I understand that should I refuse to sign this Permission, the aforementioned child’s usage of the Internet at school will be restricted; however, homework assignments whereby the Internet can be used at night will still be given to said child for completion at home. I also understand that my child’s use of the Internet at said school is a privilege and not a right and that inappropriate use of the Internet at said school can result in a termination of Internet privileges.
