A Pest Control Termite Spot is a short inspection and treatment record used by pest control professionals to document a localized termite finding, proposed remediation, and client authorization. The document typically captures the property location, inspection observations, photos of damage or activity, a concise treatment recommendation, estimated cost or materials, and signature lines for the customer and technician. It functions as both a service authorization and a record for warranty or insurance purposes and can be stored electronically or on paper depending on client preference and regulatory requirements.
