Computer Programs Any originals or copies of computer program listings, computer source or object code on any media (tape, disk, etc.) or user or instruction manuals or other program documentation, which: (a) were created or developed by me, whether alone or in conjunction with others, as part of my employment responsibilities to Software Developer, or (b) were removed by me from the premises of Software Developer, or (c) contain any trade secrets or confidential information of Software Developer; 2. Confidential Information Any Software Developer employee listings or other personnel information, Software Developer customer or supplier lists or other material containing confidential or trade secret information of Software Developer; or 3. Equipment Any equipment belonging to Software Developer.
