It is agreed by and between all parties that the State of Louisiana will recommend a sentence depending on the level of cooperation provided by the Defendant: A. The parties further agree that if the Defendant fully cooperates under the terms and conditions described above, the State of Louisiana will recommend to the sentencing Judge that the sentence the Defendant receives in state court will be a probationary sentence. 4. The parties further agree that each party shall have the right to have a sentencing hearing and the State will be able to introduce evidence of any other criminal activities of the Defendant if the Defendant does not fully cooperate with the authorities as outlined previously. 6.
