What the Pricing Price Guide Is and When It Applies

The Pricing Price Guide is a structured document that outlines pricing terms, fee schedules, and related administrative instructions for a product, service, or transaction. It collects essential pricing items (base rates, discounts, surcharges, billing cadence, and effective dates) so parties share a single reference for invoicing and approvals, and it can be used as an attachment or exhibit to a master agreement.

Why a Pricing Price Guide Matters to Your Team

A clear Pricing Price Guide reduces billing disputes, standardizes offers across sales channels, and documents the effective terms that trigger invoicing and audit controls.

The guide supports cross-functional compliance and reduces manual errors by centralizing pricing decisions and effective dates.
