What the Project Management Booth Space Agreement Covers

A Project Management Booth Space Agreement is a written contract that allocates, defines, and governs the rights and obligations related to renting or assigning exhibit booth space at an event, trade show, or conference. It typically sets the booth location, dimensions, permitted uses, setup and teardown timelines, utilities and services included, payment and deposit terms, cancellation and force majeure provisions, liability and indemnity allocations, insurance requirements, compliance with venue rules, and signature blocks that bind the parties. This agreement provides a clear operational framework to minimize disputes between event organizers, exhibitors, contractors, and project managers.

Why a Formal Booth Space Agreement Matters

A clear agreement reduces ambiguity about space allocation, costs, scheduling, and responsibilities, protecting organizers and exhibitors and enabling consistent project management.
