What the Project Management PMO Labor Agreement Is

The Project Management PMO Labor Agreement is a formal contract that defines responsibilities, staffing, scope of work, and labor terms between a project management office (PMO) and internal or external resources. It sets roles, deliverables, working hours, reporting lines, change control, and billing or timekeeping expectations.
