What the Promotional Terps & Stickers document is and when it’s used

The Promotional Terps & Stickers document is a standardized order and production specification used to request branded terpene sample vials, labels, and promotional stickers for distribution at retail, events, or to business partners. It captures technical artwork, product formulations, quantities, packaging instructions, shipping and billing details, and compliance notes. The form centralizes approvals, records the effective order date, and creates a signed record of specifications that suppliers, designers, and in-house production teams can act on. It is typically stored with supplier contracts and inventory records for audit and quality control purposes.
