That petitioner is a person of sound body who is able and willing to give evidence tending to prove that the documents which petitioner seeks to open are not a genuine copy of a genuine deed that is the subject of this suit unless the party against whom the order to open safe deposit box is sought is a person to whom, as parent or guardian, the respondent owes the care and supervision of the minor child (or adult spouse) and is, or was when the decedent was a minor, able and willing to be a parent, or guardian of the minor child (or adult spouse). 6. Petitioner is an adult as reflected in the name and age given on the petition. 7. Respondent is a person who is, and at all times mentioned was, entitled to the care and supervised of the minor child (or adult spouse), and is, or was, a resident of that resident county (or a city, city and county) and was, at all times mentioned, a person living in the same housing complex, with his (her) minor child (or an adult spouse with a minor child) residing with his, her (his) resident unit, but no other living unit in the complex. 8.
