Practical Tips for Accurate and Efficient Submissions

Adopt these practices to reduce back-and-forth and protect your position during early-stage negotiations.

Be Precise About Terms
Use exact dollar figures, clear deposit conditions, and hard dates. Vague language increases the chance of misinterpretation and delays in negotiation.
Attach Supporting Documents
Include proof of funds, pre-qualification letters, or corporate resolutions for entity buyers to speed seller acceptance and reduce verification time.
Mark Nonbinding Status
Clearly state that the form is an expression of interest only, not an offer, to avoid unintended contractual obligations.
Maintain an Audit Trail
Use an electronic system that logs timestamps, user IDs, and changes to preserve evidence of submission and any subsequent edits.
