What the Real Estate Farrington Way document covers

The Real Estate Farrington Way is a standardized real estate transaction document used to record key terms for a property-related agreement involving a parcel on Farrington Way. It sets out parties, property description, price, contingencies, proposed closing date, and signature blocks. The form functions as a contract between buyer and seller or as an addendum to an existing purchase contract depending on jurisdiction and the parties’ intent.

Why a clear Farrington Way form matters in a real estate transaction

A complete, well-executed Farrington Way form reduces ambiguity about property identity, payment terms, and closing conditions; it supports title work and recording where required and helps coordinate lender, escrow, and title company actions in the closing process.

Why a clear Farrington Way form matters in a real estate transaction

Typical parties and professionals involved

Who completes or relies on this form in a typical transaction.

  • Listing brokers and sellers who draft the offer or addendum on behalf of the seller.
  • Buyers and buyer’s agents who review, negotiate, and sign terms for acceptance.
  • Title officers, escrow agents, and lenders who use the document to clear title and prepare closing instructions.

The document is used collaboratively: agents draft and negotiate, attorneys review when needed, and closing agents enforce recording and disbursement instructions.

Decision-makers and authorized signers

Seller — Listing Agent

The seller or their authorized listing agent signs to accept terms. If the seller is an entity, a corporate officer or authorized manager must sign and may provide corporate resolution or authority documentation.

Buyer — Buyer Agent
