Mandatory Disclosures

State-required property condition disclosures, lead-based paint notices (if applicable), and material defect statements. Proper disclosure language helps satisfy statutory obligations and mitigates post-closing disputes.

Showings & Access

Preferred showing hours, lockbox code policies, and contact instructions for scheduling. Include any safety or occupancy restrictions to prevent entry violations.
