Whereas, Bailee has stored furniture and related personal property, hereinafter called the Property (described more particularly in Exhibit A attached hereto, made a part hereof, and initialed by both parties); and Whereas, Bailee has fully inspected said Property ; and Whereas, Bailee has found Property to be undamaged and in good condition and repair; Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: The undersigned Bailor hereby waives any and all any and all claims against Bailee , as well as Bailee’s agents and employees, for injuries or damages caused by, arising out of, or relating to the storage by Bailee of the Property during the dates of ______________________ (date) to __________________________ (date) . This waiver and release includes all claims against Bailee , as well as Bailee’s agents and employees, for injuries or damages caused by, arising out of, or relating to the storage, moving of and/or delivery of the Property whether by Bailee or Bailee’s agents and employees This Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Agreement shall not be binding upon either party except to the extent incorporated in this Agreement.
